FAC Solutions formed and developed by its founder, John Andrews who, in response to various enquiries, decided to establish an ‘in situ’ management consultancy specialising in providing on-site management for small and medium-sized enterprises enjoying bottom line success but lacking robust staff foundations and management structures needed for longevity.
John Andrews was born in Wales and has managed and owned businesses homeland, in London and Northern England. Following qualification in 2001, John managed a multi-office legal practice before being invited to join a multi-million turnover Cardiff based recruitment business as Director of Operations.
Expertise
Such was the response to John’s ongoing success, he received a number of invitations from other businesses to undertake similar staff and managerial restructuring.
John is a qualified solicitor, holds a Diploma in Recruitment Practice and is a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
