Eliminate wasteful systems and processes by creating appropriate staffing and management structures to create efficient operations. FAC will help streamline and manage appropriate change in the workplace.

Undervaluing staff and ignoring shop-floor contributions are recognised ways of demotivating and reducing production levels. FAC advocates a sustained, two-way communication network to allow staff to be heard and help management reach objectives.

We encourage continual improvement through doing the right thing rather than the wrong things right. Instead of fixing the fault as it arises, FAC will audit end to end systems to ensure the pipeline produces the chosen product as quickly and as economically as possible to prevent hard to discover yet costly leaks.

Defining the mission statement which best describes your business and selecting the management ethos and style to suit that business is vital. FAC will advise on the appropriate management style (Autocratic, Paternalistic, Democratic, the list goes on) which best describes your organisation.
