John Andrews was born in Wales and has managed and owned businesses homeland, in London and Northern England.  Following qualification in 2001, John managed a multi-office legal practice before being invited to join a multi-million turnover Cardiff based recruitment business as Director of Operations.

Such was the response to John’s ongoing success, he received a number of invitations from other businesses to undertake similar staff and managerial restructuring.

John is a qualified solicitor, holds a Diploma in Recruitment Practice and is a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
